1. Refunds and Returns

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including personal preferences or sensitivity to product ingredients.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly address the issue. To request a replacement or refund for damaged items:

2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging.
3. We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

3. Lost or Missing Orders

We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout. However, if your order is lost in transit, please contact us at Jennifer@lovehealthbliss.com so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
